Expert Tourism Portugal - Your guide to our refund and cancellation policies

Cancellation by the Company

If Expert Tourism Portugal cancels a booking for any reason, customers are entitled to a full refund or a credit voucher of 120% valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Cancellation by the Customer

More than 7 days before:

90% refund or 100% credit voucher

7 days to 24 hours before:

50% refund or 100% credit voucher

Less than 24 hours:

No refund, 50% credit voucher

Booking Changes

Name changes:

Free of charge

Date changes:

€20 before 24h, €50 within 24h

General Conditions

Credit vouchers are valid for 2 years. Refunds are processed via the original payment method whenever possible. All requests must be made through official communication channels.

Important Notice

Any applicable VAT or government taxes included in the booking are non-refundable under all circumstances.
