Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Expert Tourism Portugal. By booking our travel services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation
• Customers must provide accurate information during booking, including names, contact details, and travel dates
• Payments must be completed to confirm reservations
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Company Cancellation

In the event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or a credit voucher valid for 2 years.

Customer Cancellation

• More than 7 days before: 90% refund or 100% credit voucher
• 7 days to 24 hours before: 50% refund or 100% credit voucher
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund, or 50% credit voucher

Changes

• Name changes: Free of charge
• Date changes (more than 24h before): €20 fee
• Date changes (within 24h): €50 fee

Note: VAT and government taxes are non-refundable. To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us at bookings@experttourism.pt

5. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, Expert Tourism Portugal is not responsible for delays or changes caused by external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal and booking information
• Customers must comply with local laws and regulations
• Customers must respect service providers and follow their instructions
• Any special requirements, disabilities, or dietary restrictions should be disclosed at the time of booking

7. Liability

Expert Tourism Portugal acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We strive to ensure quality service but are not liable for the actions or performance of third-party vendors. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Portuguese data protection laws. We collect only necessary data such as name, email, phone, and booking details to provide our services. Your data is not sold and is shared only when required for service delivery or legal compliance. Users have full rights to access, modify, or delete their data.
